The process of treatment feels no more than a regular pelvic exam. There is no pain, and patients often report the sensation of “vibrations”. The entire treatment only lasts a couple of minutes. Shortly afterward, you may feel slight discomfort, and are advised to avoid sexual activity and tampons for a few days. After your first treatment, Dr. Zilberstein recommends two follow-up visits to her clinic each 6 weeks apart, and yearly appointments for general vaginal check-ups
